What happens to the details you send us through the website.
Who the controller is

What we process
From the contact form: name, email, phone and the text of your message. When you visit the website: standard technical server logs (IP address, time, browser type), used to run and protect the website.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use the form data only to reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We process technical logs based on our legitimate interest in running the website securely. We don’t sell the data, don’t use it for advertising and don’t put it into AI models.
How long
We keep form messages for 12 months from our last contact. If we start working together, further retention follows the contract and accounting law. Technical server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
Who we share it with
Only processors the website can’t run without: the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), the email providers (Google Ireland Ltd. and Resend, Inc.) and the provider of the form’s spam protection (Cloudflare, Inc.). Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare are based in the USA; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, take it elsewhere, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to start@evermo.cz and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. That’s why we don’t ask for cookie consent.
Complaints
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Separate policies and a data processing agreement apply to trackdeck and Talkpad, not this page.
